The house is located on a 1450m2. plot, close to the Jalón valley (see googlemap).
The house was built on one level, covering an area of 120 m2 as well as a garage of 18 m2
Next to the house there is a swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters, surrounded by a terrace which can be reached from the kitchen and the conservatory. Alongside the terrace there is a laundry room (3,8 m2) as well as a store room (10 m2), which could be converted into extra sleeping space.
There is also a garden shed for tools.
In the summer it is cool and spacious; in the winter it is cosy and easily heated by gas heaters and a wood stove.
